These terms govern your use of the cyvantic.com website. The Cyvantic platform itself (app.cyvantic.com) is provided to customers under separate written agreements; if you are a customer, those agreements govern your use of the platform, not this page.
1. What this site is
cyvantic.com describes the Cyvantic product and lets you apply for early access. The content is provided for general information about our product. Product capabilities, figures, and timelines shown on this site describe measured behaviour of the platform in real environments, but they are illustrative. The terms of any engagement with us, including any service commitments, are those in the written agreement we sign together.
2. Early access applications
Submitting an application does not create a contract, an entitlement to access, or any obligation on either side. Early access is limited and granted at our discretion. How we handle the data you submit is described in our privacy policy.
3. Our content
The Cyvantic name, logo, and the content and design of this site are ours (or used with permission). You may view and share links to the site freely; don't copy, misrepresent, or pass off its content or branding as your own or as an endorsement.
4. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt this site or its form endpoint, submit applications you know to be false, or use the site to send abuse. We rate-limit and record the technical context of form submissions, as described in the privacy policy. We're a security company; we notice.
5. No warranties; limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website's content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Changes
We may update this site and these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cyvantic is established. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
