Privacy policy

Last updated · 13 July 2026

The short version: this website sets no cookies. None. And it runs no analytics, trackers, or fingerprinting. That's why there's no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. The only personal data we process from this site is what you type into the early-access application form, plus the technical context of that submission, and we use it for exactly one thing: handling your application.

1. Who we are

Cyvantic ("we", "us") operates this website (cyvantic.com) and the Cyvantic security platform (app.cyvantic.com). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. To contact us about privacy, email privacy@cyvantic.com.

2. Cookies and tracking: there are none

cyvantic.com uses no cookies of any kind: no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no "strictly necessary" cookies. Nothing is stored on or read from your device. We host our own fonts and assets, so your visit is not disclosed to any third-party CDN, font service, or analytics provider. We do not use pixels, tags, fingerprinting, or local storage.

The Cyvantic platform at app.cyvantic.com is a separate, sign-in product for our customers; it uses strictly necessary session cookies for authentication only, governed by the agreements customers sign with us.

3. What we collect, and when

The only point at which this site processes personal data is when you submit the early-access application form. At that moment we process:

Simply browsing the site submits nothing.

4. Why we process it

We do not use your data for marketing lists, we do not sell it, and we will not add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for. You will hear from us about your application, that's it.

5. Where it lives, and who processes it

Applications are stored in our platform's tamper-evident audit record and delivered to our team by email. Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland); AWS acts as our processor. We do not transfer your application data outside our infrastructure providers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep application data for as long as it is relevant to the early-access programme, and no longer than 24 months, unless you become a customer (in which case the customer agreement governs) or you ask us to remove it sooner.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, data-protection law (the GDPR is one example) gives you rights over your personal data, typically to access, correct, and delete it, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. We honour these requests wherever you're writing from: email privacy@cyvantic.com and we will act on it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Changes

If we change how this site handles data (for example, if we ever introduce analytics), we will update this policy first and reflect the change honestly, including any consent mechanism the law then requires. The "last updated" date above always tells you when this policy last changed.
