A provider runs every client from one console and chooses, per client, who pays: the provider, with a cap per client and the option to rebill, or the client directly. Managed detections, cross-client hunts and the monthly service report per client are included. Ask for the provider rate and pick "a partnership" on the form. The provider platform, explained.

Where are the actual numbers?

In the quote, in writing, and they are the same for everyone. We publish the per-gigabyte rate card on this page when our next region opens; until then, ask and you have it within two working days. A full investigation typically costs a few dollars of AI work, and the data rate includes a year of retention.

How do I keep spend under control?

Three ways, all yours. A cap per run: an investigation halts at the limit rather than overrunning. A cap per day for the whole organisation. And a live balance with today's spend priced as it lands, so nothing arrives as a surprise at month end. On the fixed plan, the fair-use caps are written into the quote and we tell you before you approach them.

How am I billed?

By credit. Your organisation holds a prepaid balance; usage draws it down, and the billing page shows the balance and today's spend live, with the AI work broken down by model and the data by source. You top the balance up in the portal (card payments through Stripe are being added; until they are live we invoice the top-up). A fixed monthly plan is billed up front each month, the same way. US dollars; other currencies on request.

What about a longer retention period?

Twelve months is included with every gigabyte. You can step retention up to 84 months at any time and see the cost before you commit. Data older than your window is removed by a daily sweep, so nothing lingers beyond it. Shortening the window takes effect after 72 hours and can be cancelled until then, so nothing is deleted on a mis-click.

Is there a free trial?

The posture scan and the assessment are better than a trial: both are free and read-only, the scan gives you a score in minutes and the assessment ends with a written report about your estate, rather than a tour of ours. If you want a full trial of the platform afterwards, ask and we will agree the scope and a budget cap in writing.
